Who I Am

My name is Rad, I’m a 21 year old college student. I’m using the pseudonym “Rad” because I have a lot of shame about the things I write on in this blog: specifically my addiction to jerking off to porn. That’s right, I said it. I’m addicted to porn and masturbation. I write a lot about this in  My first blog article.

This is basically my journey of healing. Healing my addiction, my dysfunctional relationship with my mother, my social anxiety. I will also be journaling my rags to riches story. As I write this now, I work for $10 an hour in retail. I plan on being self-employed, solely living off of the money I make online.

I use EFT(Emotional Freedom Technique) on a daily basis. EFT is basically acupuncture for the soul. EFT is a way to clear limiting beliefs, negative emotions, past traumas from your energy system. Instead of using needles on meridian points as with acupuncture, we gently tap on them with our fingers. You can release EVERY negative emotion trapped in your body. It’s so much more practical than reading self-help books.

 

I also use Holosync meditation to increase my conscious awareness. Holosync helps A LOT, I mean A LOT with my addictions.

And I also refer to Erika Awakening, my mentor. She teaches a radical self-empowerment system, that’s so practical and so life changing. I use the tools she teaches me on a daily basis.
